Available today
Lists and segments
Organise subscribers into lists and build segments, so you can send relevant email to the right group rather than everything to everyone.
Suppression list
Every tenant has a suppression list. Addresses on it are never emailed, even if they appear in an imported list again later.
Send from your own domain
Add your sending domain and publish the DNS records that i-Send generates for you. Your email is then authenticated with DKIM as genuinely coming from your organisation.
Tenant data isolation
i-Send is multi-tenant by design. Your subscribers, lists and sending history are isolated from every other customer's data.
Three languages
The application interface is available in English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
In development
The following features are designed and being built, but are not available yet. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise them early.

Subscription forms with double opt-in
Hosted signup forms where every subscription is confirmed by the subscriber before any marketing email is sent. The design is finalised.
