Who we are

i-Send and the website i-send.co.uk are operated by Bespoke Software Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 06406391), based in Twickenham, United Kingdom. For the personal data described in this policy we are the data controller, with one important exception: the subscriber data belonging to our customers, described below, for which we are a data processor.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies. It sets no cookies of any kind, and it uses no analytics or tracking of any sort.

Personal data we process

Visitors to this website

We do not collect personal data about visitors to this website. Our hosting infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs (which include IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting.

Prospective and current customers

When you contact us (by email or through the contact form on this website) or open an account, we process your name, email address, phone number, company name and our correspondence with you. Contact form submissions also include technical details of the request (IP address and browser user agent), which we use to protect the form against abuse. When the service is offered commercially, we will also process billing information.

Our customers' subscribers

Customers use i-Send to store and email their own subscribers (for example names and email addresses, together with consent records). For this data the customer is the data controller and Bespoke Software Ltd is a data processor under UK GDPR: we process it only on the customer's documented instructions and do not use it for our own purposes.

Legal bases

• Performance of a contract: providing the service to our customers.
• Legitimate interests: responding to enquiries and keeping the service secure.
• Consent: where we ask for it specifically.

How long we keep data

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it remains relevant. Customer account data is kept for the duration of the contract, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires (for example accounting records). Subscriber data is kept in line with the controlling customer's instructions and is deleted when the customer's account is closed.

Who we share data with

We use Amazon Web Services as a sub-processor for hosting and email delivery, in the United Kingdom region. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@i-send.co.uk.

If you are a subscriber of one of our customers, the organisation that emailed you is the controller of your data: please contact them first, and we will support them in honouring your rights.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.
